The Facilitators of Change e-forum was as a chance for rural professionals to refresh and explore their facilitation and extension skills for the red meat sector

Rural professionals with facilitation skills are in demand and highly sought after. This e-forum looked to the future, building on the knowledge already gained through RMPP facilitation training, working with RMPP Action Groups and through the delivery of RMPP workshops to sheep and beef farmers.

Through getting involved participants:

  • Heard about the future of extension in the sheep and beef sector and beyond
  • Built on their knowledge of facilitation and added value to their clients
  •  Enhanced their professional development
  •  Engaged in topics and sessions that interested them
  • Gained valuable insights into the trends and challenges facing sheep and beef farmers.

The Facilitators of Change e-forum took place between 29 June and 10 August 2020.
